Review on 🔍 Nordic Pure 14x14x1 Pleated Furnace Air Filter by Runbi Alvarez

I ordered these because I have asthma and my family (including the newborn) seem to have allergies. Our old filters were cheap and we seemed to be sneezing and coughing more than usual. I installed them on all of our air vents and threw away the old ones. S-After a few days (after running the fan and heater) the house became noticeably cleaner. I will pass on the wisdom that the allergist gave me. In the fight against allergies, not ONE thing will relieve symptoms, but many things you will do. For me that was very true. I also take allergy medication (like many of us) but have found that things like frequent vacuuming and dusting and many other things help me breathe much more freely than before. Hope that helps!
