Review on RoK'IT by Flavio Iyer

I like that it has features for all levels of users from novices right up our experience level with training modules, support forums which give us access tot he most advanced software in use today! That's great if you are an intermediate or expert user but not so good at entry-level staff members who need more basic functionality than they can get elsewhere (ease of learning how things work).

It took me over two weeks just trying different ways before i found what worked best - there isn't really much out their other then trial/error methods available without spending lots o time researching your options yourself first rather than having someone do this research for yuou.
