Review on 💡 Noctua NH-U9DX i4 Brown Xeon LGA20xx CPU Cooler: Premium Cooling Solution for Intel Xeon Processors by Dan Dickey

Perfectly matches my ASUS Rampage IV Extreme motherboard, doesn't interfere/block or obscure memory and fully performs its functions (keep my E5 processor - 2687 W when cool). It came with a good warranty and the customer service is great. I don't know if it gets as hot as the I7-3960X, but it works great and I prefer to play around with liquid coolers. I think it's important to go for a full-size tower over a medium tower and have more room for airflow. Even with an OCZ Z-Drive R4 RM88 1.6TB and two GTX Titans taking up space in the tower, this cooler works great. This cooler looks like it would fit in a medium sized tower. However, if you're using high-end graphics cards, SSDs, storage, and processors, you're not going to get a mid-range tower. If you go for a medium tower I assume it will still work as long as it isn't crammed into a corner with no airflow at the top of the vent and the fans are blowing in the right direction. I'm glad the direction is on the fan.
