I installed this on my server which has 2x E5-2665 v1. It's housed in a 4U chassis in my closet with no airflow (i.e. I don't have a duct to route AC power into my closet). Perfectly matches my ASUS Rampage IV Extreme motherboard, doesn't interfere/block or obscure memory and fully performs its functions (keep my E5 processor - 2687 W when cool).
