Works well but cannot be removed from tool

This is the definition of fake - the one they sent me says 'master'. It charged well from my charger and provided power when I connected it to a Craftsman cordless drill, but imagine my surprise when I let go of it and it got stuck at 100%. It took me 10 minutes to shake and work on taking it off. My original Craftsman batteries slide in and out with ease. When I come back I'll pay more for a real signature.
