This backpack is the best. It's well made and thoughtful in design (love the front pockets) and most importantly, the shoulder straps don't irritate the skin on my shoulders, even when I'm running in a tank top and they're sitting right next to my body. Leather. Doesn't move or slide like my previous backpack. I'm only 5ft 2in and was afraid it would be too big, but it's perfect. Well worth the price - wish I had bought it a year ago instead of wasting money on 2 other cheaper but crappy backpacks.
