Ordered two - took to the beach and they were AWESOME! We forgot to make sure they worked before using them, but we had no problems. Took her to the sea and pool with our phones inside; Even when diving, no water came out and we were able to take great photos. I have a fun video going down the water slide in the pool and underwater. This is a product we will continue to use! We had several people asking where we got them during our vacation. I'm not sure if they have a lifespan, so it's probably a good idea to check before using them. While we didn't have any issues, I thought of a few improvements that could be made but didn't see if they already existed: our phones while skydiving and realized that our phones would work if they fell if we found them . but we must find her. . Replace the small black thread that attaches the case to the neck strap with something more durable. We had some issues with this when using it, but I've seen other similarly designed items with keys attached break. Also while parasailing we couldn't let go of our phone if it broke - I just don't really think it will hold up after a lot of use and mishandling so a metal keyring might be a safer option.
