Follow the instructions and success is guaranteed!

As you can see from the first photos I was a bit worried but it dries beautifully. At first it becomes bluish-white. I rented a large square grinder from Home Depot ($65) - the best money I've ever spent. Literally 30 minutes. my 10 x 12 deck had a brand new surface. Warning, this sealer needs a clean, open-grained surface to penetrate and do its job, otherwise forget it. Use 80 grit paper as your finishing pass and you're good to go. I have a $17 deck paint sprayer and have painted 3-6 inch boards at a time and then cleaned them up with a paint pad on a broomstick. The second coat needs to be applied before the first dries, yes just go over it to apply the 2nd and you're done. I would say the less the better. No puddles or it will never soak. Looks great and will hopefully last a few years. I have a fine finish, good luck!
