I have been searching for comfortable briefs type underwear. I am a newly above knee amputee. I never liked wearing briefs but needed to find some that are a little extra high in order to accommodate my liners I have to put on to fit in my prosthetic. Briefs were always felt restricting to me and was never comfortable in them. These are not restricting and are very comfortable. They also accommodate my liners and prosthetic. So now I fo not have to fight with my sports briefs anymore. I highly recommend for anyone not just amputees
