The best thing about this program is that it's easy to use and has many features. I like how you can customize your screen layout as well as add macros for certain tasks. There are some things that could be improved such as having more font options in Word templates. It would also help if there were better training materials available online or at least through an email system. If you're looking for something simple with good customer support then look no further! My organization uses this product to send out monthly reports to our clients so they know what we've accomplished during the month and any issues which may have occurred along the way.
