I like that it's easy to use, has multiple features which can be used individually or as an entire package for many different types of businesses (retail/commercial). The support team isn't always great with responding back quickly but when they do their responses are thorough! There could also definitely be better training materials provided by them in regards to using this product. We've been able to get rid of call centers from our business model so we're saving money AND being more efficient at handling calls ourselves.
