I love how easy it was set up in our office! It's very intuitive once we figured out where everything goes (which took about 10 minutes). The reporting features are also great - they're pretty advanced but still simple enough so anyone can use/understand what all those graphs mean without having specific training or experience with this type stuff before hand. There really isn't anything i dislike atm though if there were something else maybe? Maybe more customization options would be nice as well since some things aren’t exactly "outta sight". We've been able manage staff schedules much easier than ever now which has made life alot better when dealing w people who don't like being scheduled ahead etc..
