Update 02/28/2021 Downgraded from 5 stars to 1. There is a stripe in the center of the screen. The top half is brighter and lower quality than the bottom, which looks normal. Tried to return a replacement , but it says the window for replacement and support is closed. We ordered this in July 2020 so it hasn't even been a year. I expect better support for the $200 frame how much but you get what you pay for This is a quality frame and very easy to use I bought it for my relatives and they can easily add photos from their iPhones My husband and I also have an app for it so we can add photos for them too Image quality is excellent Very clear image Automatically rotates photos into correct position Much better than the old school photo frame I got for my mum years ago bought Highly recommended!
