Very damaged when it arrived.
I bought them for my grandson. When they arrived at my daughter's house, she found that the shipping box was much larger than needed and both 18" x 24" pads were damaged from moisture and wrinkled beyond the ability to flatten them, making them unusable were. However, the large shipping box was not damaged by moisture, so I believe they were damaged before they were packed and shipped. I see that almost every second reviewer gave this product 5 stars. The pads I paid for and which my grandson/daughter received were not worth the price paid and were unusable. Only one STAR for us for the Strathmore 400 Series 18" x 24" Wired Notebooks!
