Fantastic product! Don't hesitate and buy this if you want to hide or transform your counters!

I cannot admire it enough or sincerely express my complete satisfaction with this product! My only regret is that I didn't discover this many years ago when we first moved into our rental apartment with our disgusting kitchen countertops and cabinets. I did a lot of research and probably read too many reviews before buying it, but all the reviews were really helpful and much appreciated. Many reviewers even provided application/installation tips which were very helpful in determining how many rolls to order and how easy it is to apply contact paper to our counters. I applied contact paper while my husband was away (it took about 3 hours because I'm a perfectionist) and when he got home he was blown away by how realistic it looked. He didn't know I bought it (he was very skeptical) so it was a pleasant surprise. I even got confused at one point and had to remove some paper and it came out pretty easily and didn't damage my homeowner's gauges. I only ordered 3 rolls knowing I might have to order more if I messed up. Despite the fact that I had to throw away a large piece due to my mistake in applying, 3 rolls were enough and very little was left. I was so happy I was able to finish my kitchen with just 3 buns! Friends and family praised our "new counters" and were shocked to learn it was just contact paper and how inexpensive it was to complete the project! It really changed our kitchen! And as many have pointed out, the granite pattern blends beautifully and almost effortlessly. You can feel some of the stitching if you run your fingers across the top of the counter, but then again, you can hardly, if at all, see where the stitching is. I don't want to repeat the advice of other reviewers, but I suggest you heed it! Important note: make sure you have a plastic card or spatula and a utility knife or utility knife for cutting around the sink etc. Before applying, wipe down countertops with vinegar or rubbing alcohol. Do not use cleaning solutions as they can leave marks and the contact paper may not stick. I am now considering buying another color/pattern contact paper from this company to hide our ugly faux wood cabinets. Thank you for developing such a fantastic product! It gave me an easy, reversible, and inexpensive way to change our house without upsetting our landlord. We love our new kitchen countertops!
