It was easy to install and one of the two works fine (we installed it on the passenger side) but the other won't snap into place. The lower part that reaches the waist part of the belt is left open. I will not return it as there is no such problem on the passenger side. I went to my local auto parts store and bought the same style as before which worked for 12 years. I would not recommend this product. It's difficult to open, but easy to put on, and as we said, it doesn't remain sealed, which allows it to spring open at the worst possible moment, allowing the shoulder strap to smack you in the neck.
