This is a very good timer with feet to support it. The numbers are clearly visible and the red box shows approximately how much time you have left. The timer works with an acoustic signal that is easy to hear when leaving. I think this is a great timer especially for visually impaired people as the numbers are easy to see. In addition, the timer is powered by a mechanical mechanism, so you don't have to worry about batteries. The only negative I can think of is that this timer is a bit too big. This is a 6x6 photo size. This can be too much if your kitchen is too small. But it drives great.
