I'm so glad I ordered this! not so loud that it disturbs. The alarm clock is loud enough that I can hear it in another room in the small apartment, but not obnoxiously loud for a while. I love that it doesn't require batteries!

I gave it a 4 because it's not loud enough. But I like that I can put it on the floor or put it on the fridge and I like that it's easy to use and I like the big numbers on it. Just make sure you set it to 55 minutes first and then to the correct minutes and you won't have any problems.

That helped me and my daughter a lot. We both fall prey to our ADHD when we try to get things done. It was a great decision that helped her focus on her studies and not burn out. It has helped me stay on task with everything from work assignments to cleaning. Highly recommended, especially for studying. My daughter no longer hesitates or is afraid to complete tasks as they are divided into manageable periods of time.

I bought these to help my kids keep up with their homework schedule. This is a very good timer with feet to support it. The numbers are clearly visible and the red box shows approximately how much time you have left. The timer works with an acoustic signal that is easy to hear when leaving. I think this is a great timer especially for visually impaired people as the numbers are easy to see. In addition, the timer is powered by a mechanical mechanism, so you don't have to worry about batteries. The only negative I can think of is that this timer is a bit too big.
