Good lights, terrible grandstands.
It seems like every time you get a bunch of something, the secondary product becomes useless. These stands are epically bad. They should be ashamed that they turned them on in the first place. I think it's better than nothing, but not much better. The light is great and has some spread but I wish it had barn doors to better direct my light. You may need to put an extra layer of diffusion under the light. Although it was a good buy. They are not very expensive and come with a decent carry bag.
