Great program with many uses: VoiceLog

The best thing about this software is that it allows you to create and manage user groups, manage call recording settings, and view recordings in real time! It can be difficult for new users, but once they get used to it, it is easy to set up and use.

If you are looking for call recordings without the hassle of having to spend money to buy equipment, then look no further! There really isn't anything I dislike about this software, so I would definitely recommend using it. It has helped us see what our agents say to clients when we aren't there to listen to the calls. This allows us to better understand if any problems arise during those calls and helps improve future customer service.
