Review on 🦜 Bonka Bird Toys 1969 Spoon Delight for African Grey Parrots and Macaws by Emily Brown

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I have a gray parrot that is not easy to win over with toys.

I have an African Gray that is not so easy to win over with toys. He's either temporarily interested in the toy or never touches it. However, he loves shiny items, so I figured that would be a good compromise. He plays with it a bit, but still prefers to destroy human things (kitchen roll, boxes, natural gluten-free spaghetti [raw]). The product itself makes a well-made impression. It seems indestructible but I wish it was a little bigger. I also thought, because of the picture, that there are clasps at each end of the chain. There aren't any, so if you want it to hang in a parabolic shape to display all spoons for your feathered friend equally, you'll need to use one of your own spoons for at least one side.

Pros
  • The 1969 Spoon Delight is the perfect toy for macaws, parrots, cockatoos, cockatiels and more!
Cons
  • Not everything fits
