A fun loud toy for our gray!

Our Paco (African Grey) is very interested in his Spoon toy! I can't tell if he's taking his frustration out on the toy or just enjoying listening to the sound it makes when it attacks! He likes to roll over and stretch his leg back to grab the smallest spoon and then chew on it when he catches it. I have it hanging on the wall of the cage - I was a little worried it might get stuck between the toy and the cage when trying to turn the corner. Hanging from above appears too high for safe use…

Pros
  • The spoons on this medium-sized bird toy are made of durable stainless steel that will last.
Cons
  • High Price

I have a gray parrot that is not easy to win over with toys.

I have an African Gray that is not so easy to win over with toys. He's either temporarily interested in the toy or never touches it. However, he loves shiny items, so I figured that would be a good compromise. He plays with it a bit, but still prefers to destroy human things (kitchen roll, boxes, natural gluten-free spaghetti [raw]). The product itself makes a well-made impression. It seems indestructible but I wish it was a little bigger. I also thought, because of the picture, that there are…

Pros
  • The 1969 Spoon Delight is the perfect toy for macaws, parrots, cockatoos, cockatiels and more!
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Arrived as planned. I showed it to my African Gray Congo (30+ years old) and he was SO EXCITED! Then I hung him in his cage and he can't seem to stay away from them! He loves shiny spoons and makes noise by throwing them up, but he also likes the bright acrylic rings above the spoons. Thank you Bonka Bird Toys for making this quality spoon toy accessible and accessible through Revain! When Levi is happy, mom (me) is happy! LOL This is a 5 star review from a HAPPY mom! Oh, and Bonka Bird Toys…

CAG loves shiny spoons!

Yes, it's a simple necklace with shiny spoons and colorful baby plastic rings BUT they love it! Loud but not as much as we thought (woo!). Our Congo Gray Parrot is a drama queen, so she loves shiny, colorful, loud things! lol! Other than that the chain is pretty good, long enough to reach the height of a few tree branches and not very cheap. More than what I would call dog collar quality. Just the right size for Grays, Cockatoos, Electus, maybe a little Macaw toy, definitely Revains and…
