I'll start by saying I'm 5ft 3in, 160lbs, 38C and bought the big one. My bachelorette party is coming up and I wanted a white bikini with a twist and this top fits the bill perfectly. It has thin pads for support but open pockets where you can add more padding if you need it in your cups. The straps are adjustable which is very nice. It fits me very well around the chest. Adjustable straps are only detachable at the back and were initially left open all the time. Thought I'd have to send it back but after a little tweaking they stay in place. I LOVE this top. It's absolutely amazing! This will be a great addition to my beach trip.
