This item was purchased as a gift. I noticed another negative review about some of the stones falling off the medallion and wanted to balance that review with this one. Even though it was only worn once, there were no problems. I think that was exactly what I was looking for. I added a few clear Swarovski crystals to the locket and it turned out to be a beautiful package. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. I don't know how they can sell this package for less than $20. If the locket wears well, we will consider buying more for family members. The round locket measures 1 3/16 inches.
