This pot filler was for a kitchen in a new construction. Since installation is has been used a few times, maybe 6 or 7. Today when it was turned on, the entire top of the faucet flew off leaving a fountain of wateer falling on my range. really surprised that a commericial grade faucet woiuld be so cheaply made. Sorry this was purchased!

So we had this installed for a couple of months and no problems. Then, my husband went to use it and the arm shot up and ricocheted off the microwave and slammed down into my new range. The arm set screws are not long enough to hold up under the water pressure and eventually come loose. We were slow to open the package since our kitchen was being remodeled and didn't open the box until they were ready to install. There was a piece missing and we had to get it or they couldn't install it. My husband called customer service and they immediately put a completely new one, not just the missing part, in rush mail. The product separated in the main angle point. Water sprays all over when turned on. There is NO phone support from Asurion - which says that you have to fill out the on-line form. HOWEVER, then on-line form has NO IDEA what product is covered after entering the 30 digit contract number. Instead they walk you through this LONG drawn out set of forms - which DO NOT have the product vendor IMLEZON listed as a vendor they support . do I need to say more .

While the pot filler is beautiful in my kitchen it is complete garbage. The hinge arm came completely apart in my hand while filling my pot! It is not made to last. Whats worse? You can’t contact the seller on the warranty. The email bounces back. What a sham. Completely disgusted.

This pot filler had nice weight to it and looked appealing. All was well until i got it installed. The nipple that came with it was the wrong thread, wrong length, completely wrong nipple. After struggling for hours to figure that out and source a replacement, i got it installed, turned on the water and the thing leaked at both swing arms. Figured out there was a retaining nut on the back side of the swing arm that needed to be tightened down. That would be fine n dandy if it wasn't junk metal…

Absolutely love having a pot filler, especially for 10% of the price of what you would pay at a store. But after a few months, I noticed some tarnishing, I assume from the heat of the cook top. Still works fine and won't mind having to replace later if it doesn't look great after a while.

Since we have a microwave above the stove top, the compact design of this pot filler was very important. It worked out great. High enough to fill big pots, but still fits under the microwave. Installation took a little effort to keep it from leaking at the pipe joint, but now works great and is leak free.

Perfect size faucet for use with my kitchen stoves. when swung to either side the faucet directs water into the outer bowls, but its still short enough that you can't overshoot the center bowl in any position. Fills our basins with decent speed when given adequate water pressure.

We did a kitchen remodel last year and this was a perfect addition. I have used this since probably April of last year so 1 year and it works perfect, does not leak and looks great in my kitchen

3 mouths ago, I bought this pot filler for my new kitchen. It works well for us and it looks really beautiful. So that I bought a second one for my dad. Works as excepted. Nice gift!

This faucet feels really sturdy, it doesn't feel like the DELTA faucets that are mostly plastic, this seems full metal faucet. Looks great and just works. So far we are happy with it.

I installed this a few months ago n it has been great. As for the reviews with the screws coming loose I put locktite on them to avoid any issues. Works great, looks great n is built good. We use it almost every day. I am a plumber n recommend this item. One year later n still works great. No issues.
