I've only had problems with this printer. Keeps losing the remote connection from my computer to print to. I always have to set it up again and I have to use an IP address that also changes randomly when I feel like it. Due to the fact that the color ink has run out and cannot print only black and white, although there is still a lot of black ink. Undoubtedly, this is the biggest waste of money and time (because it takes many hours of work to deal with this piece of junk). FYI, I work in tech just like my friend so we're not newbies and we've both put in hours on this. I would recommend NEVER buying an Epson WorkForce WF-100. Oh and now I've replaced the ink cartridge and printer, nothing prints. I'm pretty sure it's some kind of maintenance I need to do after only 1 color cartridge has printed. GARBAGE! (I'd love to use a four letter word here, but I won't.) UPDATE: I can't believe this piece of junk is still being sold at Revain. I've barely printed 40 pages and now the maintenance box is worn out. This is literally the worst buy I'm telling you, DO NOT BUY! This is the worst product.
