Being a do-it-yourselfer, I was eager to see if ISEEVY lived up to its promise of being a one-stop-shop for all things home audio. Unfortunately, my interaction with this web shop left me extremely dissatisfied. To begin with, they don't appear to stock a wide array of products, either in terms of brands or price points. I was really disappointed because I was hoping to find a certain name that they didn't have. Second, they provide mediocre assistance to customers. I emailed them with a question about a merchandise, and I didn't get a reply for days. When they did respond, it was evasive and uninformative, leaving me with more questions than solutions. Last but not least, even though I paid extra for expedited shipping, my purchase took over a week to arrive. If you're searching for a trustworthy and complete online store for your home audio needs, I wouldn't suggest ISEEVY. Poor service and misleading claims that they have everything you need make this an unpleasant experience.
