I have used this with my team to track all of our service calls, which is really helpful for having repeatable processes in place when it comes time do resolve them! It's also great that you can create your own forms within their website if needed as well (which was not clear at first).
The UI could be better - there are some areas where things aren't very intuitive or obvious how they work/what happens next etc., but these issues should improve over future updates / releases from SpoTts? We've been using Spots since about 7 months ago now so we're still getting into most everything fully ourselves rather than relying 100% upon support through the platform yet; however once more people onboarded themselves onto what each part does then everyone has become quite efficient together solving problems via Spotting instead of emailing back & forth between several different employees trying figure out why something isn’t working properly :) Overall though- nothing too.
