The best part of this tool is its interface. It's easy to understand and use. I can see what my competitors are doing in the industry.It's very helpful for me to grow my business. If there was anything i dislike i would say it's the price. I think that it's something that should be affordable because we're all human beings and not everyone can afford to have such tools at their disposal. This has helped me in becoming more efficient by knowing what my competitors' marketing strategies are. It helps me get ahead in the game. Also, sometimes it gives me ideas on how to improve my current products/services. I like how they are very efficient in their service as well, we have been working together for close to 1 year now without an issue at all! They really do care about getting things done properly and efficiently so it's great having them! Nothing much specifically but just make sure everything goes smoothly from start right up till end of project or contract! The fact that no issues were raised during such time was a plus too!!
