I have used these to run 100 miles and succeeded, they fit snugly around the foot. So if you want them to be a little loose go up a half size, but other than that I love them and still use them.
Pros
- You look good.
Cons
- Narrow fit for wide shoes. I have had and still have many NB shoes, they fit great. But for wide shoes, they seem very tight.
