Great for touch chews but unreliable
My kid LOVED getting molars around but her chews are touch controlled and it fell apart after about an hour, it's not a solid one piece and is not intended for sensory or stress chewing. Would be fine for a toothless child but again not durable so poses a choking or flaking hazard. Shame as Nuby make really good products and gums but are not expanding the range for older children.
