I have recently had a case of Torticollis that landed me in the ER because I couldn’t move my neck at all. I thankfully just had this neck pack delivered. It was already in the freezer and cold. It has helped so much by reducing the neck spasms. This particular one fits over the shoulders and around the neck and can be secured by the elastic straps it coolness with. Having two of these would kick up my healing process a lot faster (alternate heat with cold). This neck pack is the best one I’ve used so far.
