It also comes with 1 inch heavy duty aluminum tape to seal the edge after installation, but it's useless as the tape is stiff due to the weak adhesive.

Bought for a motorcycle project. This works on a large flat surface but if you plan to install this in a difficult area it becomes very difficult as the fiberglass on the back is not well bonded and tends to move. It also comes with 1 inch heavy duty aluminum tape to seal the edge after installation, but it's useless as the tape is stiff with weak adhesive. I ended up using a different heat protection tape. Use this for a car or surface with no curves or corners. Otherwise continue.
