I bought a new dishwasher two years ago when we moved to a new house. After a few months I realized I HATE him. It seemed like a gray slime was leaking from under the door. We couldn't figure out what it was or where it came from. I always washed the dishes well so there were NO leftovers. A technician came, checked and didn't understand anything either. He gave me a cleanser to wipe regularly. wash dishwasher? Well I went to the hardware store ready to buy a new dishwasher (after two years of use and a good brand). There was a great salesman who said he'd be happy to sell me a $1,000 dishwasher, but first I need to change the detergent. I've always used regular finish with a flush ball. He told me to use Finish Quantum Max detergent, it works! The other didn't work. And he told me to add liquid stain drying agent. Don't rely on the little red ball. IT WORKS and I haven't had any problems since. Needless to say, I think it's great!
