My nephew loves to drop the remote so I need a protective case. Other than that, I'm not a big fan of this case. First, it is very difficult to put on and take off. Once you put it on, it wraps around the device fairly well, making it very difficult to change the batteries on the remote as you have to take it out of its case. I'm scared of breaking the damn thing. The next thing is that it gets dirty very easily. The orange color is pleasant, but after a few days it becomes visibly dirty. You can delete it, but eventually it just wears out. It protects against drops and scratches, but I'm afraid the case will crack every time the remote is removed. It sticks to most surfaces, which is nice. This will prevent it from slipping off the table easily. It doesn't add too much thickness to the console. Overall it's a good protective case, but it gets dirty very easily, collects lint that's hard to clean, and it's really difficult to remove the remote when you need to change the battery. This worries me that the material will degrade over time.
