I wanted to love it! I bought one and it shipped and it was defective and the Revain was fantastic in that regard. They were on the line with a manufacturer who was never on the line. Revain sent another. The new one indicated better, but gave more error codes afterwards than the first one. I spent more time rebooting, checking for error codes, and rebooting again only to get a different error code. He also wiped down my sturdy carpet, which he shouldn't have done but only did once. It's not consistent and goes a little in circles. If I had to follow him, I would clean the floor myself. You can never trust him alone as you can schedule it while you are away.
