Fast delivery, sturdy chair. , it feels sturdy. I love the back, this lower back pad is perfect for me. I'm 130 pounds and I think this chair could hold another 20 pounds or so, maybe more. All I know is that I think it's the most important thing with these cheaper office chairs. This one is wider for a taller person, but I can adjust my arms comfortably so it's not too wide for me. They also deliver a few days earlier than I expected so that was a nice surprise ;)
