Best peace of mind in phones and accessories
It worked as advertised and was exactly what we needed. The grandfather had to leave town, leaving the grandmother at home alone. She has a tendency to lose balance and falls frequently. She also has occasional choking problems. It gave us all peace of mind while he was gone. It was very easy to set up and my grandmother figured it out easily. The only reason a star was deducted is because she and I found it difficult to answer an incoming call. Everything else worked fine when we tested it, and she didn't really need to use it while it was gone. There is also no usage fee which I couldn't find anywhere else. A good product.
