Bought for my 87 year old mother. She lives alone and feels safer with her. Since we got her, I worry about her a little less. She can call me on my cell phone if she needs help. This product seems to work very well and I am happy with it. I really like the feature that lets you hang up and call 911 if she needs help. I work about 50 minutes from her house and this could save our lives.

bought for 95 year old mother in law. Very good device, works as advertised. At first I thought it would be a bit slow dialing, but it turned out to be a good time to dial alternate numbers. When tested our last number dialed hung up and it went to 911, they happily called back to verify. But hey, it works! I haven't had much experience with it other than making calls during a test. It's a little pricey, but the knowledge that he can call for help when needed and not have an additional monthly bill makes up for it.
