OXO is a great company that backs their product with great customer service. If you are unsatisfied contact them and they will refund/replace free of charge (I have never asked for a refund but they have not hesitated to replace items that did not meet my expectations). When I'm looking for kitchen tools, I turn to the OXO brand because of the ergonomic design and the high quality, workmanship, and materials I've come to expect from their products. Unfortunately, there is a brush for this Good Grips palm. There is a serious design flaw. I originally bought it in January 2018. I found it good that the nozzles are interchangeable and can be washed in the dishwasher for disinfection. Old design: plastic tabs held the nozzle in place. After less than a year of use, one of the tabs broke off rendering the palm brush useless as the attachment was no longer attached. Disappointed because I had additional tips but knew of their warranty from a previous contact/exchange and notified them. Received a palm brush replacement within 2 weeks in December 2018 with no problems. The new design screwed the palm brush head into the head of the brush, so I didn't have any major issues. was excited Unfortunately, as with other recent reviews (in the last 6 months), the attachment that screws into the brush head has snapped so my brush head no longer presses against the palm brush and comes loose during use. The nozzle is on the verge of total destruction and will render it completely unusable again. It seems that the torque of the brush head during brushing causes the head to twist and break. It looks like the stainless steel version has the same problem. You need to redesign the stainless steel so that the bottom part is stainless steel that screws into the nozzle and the clear plastic part is what is currently stainless steel. I was willing to invest in one in stainless steel until I read the reviews and saw the same design/product flaw. I do not think so. I didn't expect that from their products. Get a replacement in the next 2 weeks. LOVE that they stand behind their products. I LOVE that I can get a free replacement with no issues other than going through the contact and delivery wait time. I don't like the durability of the Good Grips palm brush. Maybe the new production new design was defective and the next replacement is the one that lasts. crossed fingers Otherwise I have to doubt the next new OXO tool I will buy. And it makes me angry.
