It is very easy to use, install & configure in less than 5 minutes with zero coding knowledge required! Also it supports multiple protocols (SNMP/M2M) so you can monitor different devices easily without writing any code or installing additional software. Easy integration of new sensors using native APIs as well as third party SDKs like MQTT etc. There are some limitations while sending data from one device to another which could be resolved if there was more user support available via online forums. But overall this product has been an amazing success story at our end since we started integrating various IoT products such as HVAC systems, water heaters, CCTV cameras etc., into our existing network infrastructure.
