I have tried ALL types of lotions/creams/gels for dry ankles with no success. This is by far the best I could/could find. It dries out the skin and heals it. My ankle was in bad shape (probably because of all the other things I bought) and after 24 hours it was at least 65% better than before. I will never try or even attempt to give up this lotion. I can tell you it dries out your skin very quickly and leaves a few dry patches on my ankle but the healing was like nothing I have ever seen.
