The septic treatment capsules are amazing. If you have a vacant house on a well and septic tank, a septic tank and Green Gobbler biosticks are essential to keep the drains fresh. I first cleaned the drains with a Green Gobbler hair catcher; (an awkward job but easy to do without removing the drain covers). I put on disposable gloves and wiped the tool down with paper towels so I could use it a few times until the spikes wore off. Then I poured drain powder and washed with boiling water. All drains are clean, the drain is greedy and smells fresh again. I then inserted a Green Gobbler Biostick into each drain to further break up the biomaterial. I recommend running water in every sewer once a week for an empty house.
