The design and material of these forks are of the highest quality. They didn't need to be corrected. Thanks to the engineers at Mercedes-Benz, changing the spark plugs on the SLK350 is quick and takes less than 30 minutes. After the positive experience with them in my Pontiac, I have already bought Bosch spark plugs for the second time. Not scientifically, but the Pontiac motor seemed to sound smoother, like a purr, after switching to Bosch. So it was obvious to drive with them for the SLK. I average 33mpg on the freeway when there's no traffic and I let the car's computer control the pedal.
