I like how easy it is for me as an IT person who doesn't have time or training/knowledge of computers (and there are many)to use this software without having someone help you out with setting up your account etc., which can be very frustrating at times when they don’t understand what we need them too do! It's not always super intuitive but once figured everything else has been set correctly my emails go through smoothly so far!! Not much dislike about anything yet if any think something should change let us know otherwise keep going :) As stated above all our employees love using ED because its simple enough anyone could figure things themselves however some people may find learning curve more than just slightly difficult sometimes especially since most users aren;' t computer savvy by nature - therefore finding ways around problems helps solve issues quickly instead of waiting days until support gets back online lol.
