Review on Glazze Crystal RMC 161 PL Detailing Housewarming by Joe Griggs

I bought this product as a wedding present for my niece. As we are in COVID season I was unable to attend and sent the item directly to them. Unfortunately it arrived in pieces. I was able to have the part replaced by the manufacturer and it arrived safe and sound. Unfortunately the supplier did not provide a free replacement and charged me for a second crystal glass. The reason was that they expected the return of the original. At first I was told that the broken jug did not need to be returned, but after 3 months they took the second jug from me.
