This is the worst and most dangerous product I have ever ordered from Revain. Insert the batteries into the device according to the instructions in the letter. It worked, but I found the back gets hot. So I removed the battery cover and found the batteries had heated to a hundred and fifty degrees and their plastic labels had melted. I figured it might just be bad batteries so I replaced them with four fresher ones from the box. Even without using the lock, the batteries started getting very hot again and melting their labels. I'm sure this electronic lock would burn my house down if I installed it and left. It was obviously a soldering error that caused the batteries to short out dangerously. I was surprised until I read all the one star reviews. DO NOT BUY. I'm sure most of the positive reviews for this product must be fake.
