TL; EN: Buy. And buy replacement filters. I've been waiting to review these (2) because I wanted to see if they work and how well or not. at each end both set to medium setting and left on for 24 hours. I felt the air getting fresher, like in Alaska. Fresh now means cleaner/no smells. But without being fully convinced, the next morning I opened all the windows and turned off the machines for two days. You know I never plugged in, always cleared my throat and felt like I had a sip of fuzz/sand, air quality. until I bought this air purifier. I bought this brand and model specifically because: 1. it looks easy to clean, 2. it has three power levels (low, medium, high) and timer settings of 2 hours, 4 hours and 8 hours3. The highest level is like the white noise machine I have, so it does double duty and does it well.4. The LED lights can be turned off, which is useful when trying to create a dark room5. Customer support is responsive; after checking because a filter cover was defective.6. It's smaller than the ones I've seen in terms of the amount of air it can clean and how fast it can clean it. This is on the big side compared to some others who claim to take the same amount. I wanted something that wouldn't last long, so smaller versions weren't an option. YMMVI has tested them repeatedly since the day they arrived because I like having my windows open and they haven't failed when I finally close the windows and turn them back on. Within an hour (less, but not tracking) I no longer clear my throat. Highly recommended, especially if you smoke, suffer from asthma, allergies, pets, children or other reasons for smelly air.
