I bought it for my daughter for Christmas and put the batteries in today. After 5 minutes of play my daughter said she didn't work anymore. It looks like something is rattling inside. I'm sorry but this is for kids, it has to endure rolling on the floor for 5 minutes. I paid a lot for it because my daughter has special needs and her OT recommended it but now we have a useless ball. Unfortunately since her OT recommended it and I didn't want to forget it I bought it in October and on Postponed Christmas so we're well past the return deadline now even though we're only using it today. wump wump. My recommendation if you are REALLY buying this, only buy it if you intend to use it right away and don't expect it to last long.
