This shortcoming has been talked about many times, I want to address it. Although one end (the 90 degree end) is fragile, you'll be fine if you plan on putting it in place rather than taking it off. If you plan to remove it from your device and often change location, you just need to be careful with it. The other end (where you plug in the device or cable) is like a regular USB port. Just one direction and persevere longer! I recommend this to everyone!
